Hungary's best
By: misanthrone
Date: 16 Apr 2009
Rating:
Probably my fave band of Hungary’s great BM scene.. one of the few bands who have a sound of their own (Hungarians have lots of original ones), easy to recognize, especially due to the use of a trumpet.. don’t expect jazzy influences though, they manage to fit that instrument into their atmospheric black metal.. sometimes the extensive use of keys makes the album sound a bit symphonic.. they do not neglect the fast black metal parts so in the end you got a nice balance between melody and aggressiveness.. a severely underrated band (and album too)..
