The Best Astarte's Album
By: Azdragar
Date: 4 Jul 2011
Rating:
Formerly known as Lloth, Astarte is a Pretty Women Black Metal band from Greece. Many people would think they may sound bad and Black Metal is just for men, but this case is one of the few times i can say they sound even better than many men Black Metal Bands.
The line-up for this Album was: Tristessa on vocals and Bass, Kinthia on some vocals, Guitars and Keyboards and Nemesis on Guitars. i have to say this is my favourite Astarte's Album, because there isn't a track that you could call bad. For example on "Naked Hands" song, that creates possibly the best song atmosphere I've heard in quite a while. The opening track "Furious Animosity" has amazingly well done dark symphonics that are perfectly blend in with the guitars. "Genesis", preformed solely on the piano, creates the kind of feeling you would expect from the greatest Doom Metal bands.
Very nice one, I Rate it 4/5. Recommended.
