Cold, brooding black metal in what has become called the Cascadian style pioneered by bands such as Weakling and Wolves in the Throne Room. This style of bm is characterized by longer songs with more complicated elements included in each song. This EP has 2 long songs that can only be described as above. There is a swirling, ghostly melody going on in the background, sometimes coming to the foreground and then receding to the background again. This band changed last year to this sound, less traditional than their old sound from 2009-2011.
