I want to be an ambassador. Its a shame you have to do stuff for it though.  Just out of interest can you become a rear admiral by without doing any of the stuff DM mentioned?
That should encourage some good replies! 
*I mean for instance having a natural wit and good interpersonal skills?

Nah! moderator sounds too much like work! As an ambassador you get to eat Ferrero Rocher all day, throw receptions, carry a bag no one is allowed to look into at airports and generally have a nice time.

So is the Ambassador ever gonna make a comeback JERIC? Or have you any plans for some other special ranks? Seeing as though you made them from Star Trek stuff how about giving out some ranks on a monthly basis like Klingon for the most annoying member, or Borg for people who just agree with everyone else. Of course you could just make these and dish them out without silly explainations like I just used.

I think it would be fine to change the "Star Trek" old ranks and renew them with something related to Metal Music and/or genres.
