simple but delicious

boil rice if you have 4 eaters then for four
season the rice whit hot habanero, curry, sweet pepper
when rice is cooked, add corn, pineapple chunks, brown and white peans, peas, fried onion, garlic
fry chicken fillet

take a oven pan

pour half of rice on bottom of the pan
add filets
pour rest of the rice on the pan
add cheese to the top

150 degrees celsius in oven 15 minutes
like all these kind of pots, let it cool down for 15 minutes before eating it

My preferred BBQ marinade

100g of brown sugar
100g ketchup
1 little onion, finely chopped or grated
1 tbsp soya sauce
Salt, pepper
A pinch of piri piri or other hot chili

All things are mixed and set a cool place 3-4 hours prior to using.

Darks Suicide Punch

Get 1 5 gallon bucket.

Mix about 4 gallons of water with enuf koolaid to match the water.

Toss just about any CLEAR grain alcohol you can find into it.

Like: Gin, vodka, rum ect... and empty the bottles completely in there.

Then add about 5 cups of sugar.

Drink and Die.

1tbsp of ketchup is something around 17g
packed brown sugar is something like 100-110g to a 1/2cup

Work for you?

What about oz?

1 oz = 28.35 grams so 100 grams is about 3.5 oz

Burger Bolognese

For 4 burgers you'll need the following:

4 buns (doh!) diameter about 12 - 15 cm

150 grams (5.5 oz) of minced beef
1 small onion, small dices
1-2 cloves of garlic, mashed or finely chopped
2 dl of water
1 tbsp of tomato paste
2 tbsp of ketchup
salt, pepper and other spices as you like

A bit of grated cheese

125 gram (about 4.5 - 5 oz) spaghetti

1. Brown the minced meat in a pan at high heat
2. Set the heat to medium/low and add the diced onion and garlic
3. After a few minutes add the water, tomato and ketchup and set the heat to low
4. Now, let the bolognese simmer for about half an hour until most of the water has evaporated and the mass has thickened
5. Add spices to your taste
6. Cook the spaghetti as described on the package
7. Place some of the spaghetti on the bottom part of the bun, put the bolognese on top and add a dash of cheese at the top

You're ready to eat!

Note: After assembling the burgers you can give them a few minutes in the oven at 225 C (435 F) to let the cheese melt! Smile

Sorry about the lousy picture, but I only have an old phone.

Tonight I whipped up one of the easiest and tastiest light dinners ever. It's also quick to make.

Ingredients:
- several potatoes
- mushrooms
- cheese (I used sheep cheese for its strong flavor)

Peel the potatoes and chop them into bite-sized chunks. Boil them with salt.

When the potatoes are cooked, drain the water and put them in a heat-resistant tray or baking tin. Slice the mushrooms and put them on top of the potatoes. Grate the cheese on top of everything and cook in the oven (or microwave) for several minutes, until the mushrooms are cooked and the cheese melts (I microwaved them for 5 minutes at 700W).

You may add finely chopped parsley and/or pepper before you serve them. Serve hot. This may also be served as a side dish for a nice steak.

Enjoy!
