I just bought Amnesia: Dark Descent yesterday from Steam.
It freaked me the fuck out. Play it in a dark room with headphones on and you will probably shit your pants.

Warhammer 40K Kill Team
It's a download game for 8€. Good, but very short game. 5 Levels in total but it's a lot of fun if you play it co-op (only local).
