That´s one of the many undelicious ones we have here but not haunting imo.
Haunting is some kinda spooky style or paranormal. This is medical waste like shown by bands like impaled.

Erkan's and Jeric's are the great! btw Erkan, wich band is that? (i really suck in reading that BM logos)...
i'm trying to find one, however its kinda hard... i'll continue with my search.

It's the "Verräter" album by Leviathan. Here can you find infos.
(BTW: all Leviathan album covers are haunting)

Actually, following the informations in Leviathan's MA page, I looked after similar bands. The ones labelled as "Suicidal Black Metal" or "Funeral Black Metal" have very heavy themes in their cover arts. Not just haunted, but disturbing as well. For example, Nyktalgia
or Forgotten Tomb (censored version btw...)
