I created some covers for my solo Black Metal Band; some use artwork from older viking paintings by various artists. Can't paint that much by myself so it's mostly retouching & blending images together, playing with textures, adding/removing shades and using different fonts like elder futhark (which I can read of course  .
Here are some little, very raw samples, haven't got that much at hand at the moment; also missing tracklists and such:

Thanks... yeah I like swamps too. Wish I was in one right about now, cruising amongst the 'gators.
Those were really just experimental pieces that came from spending hours in a ganja-induced trance heh. They're not so much representational of a swamp per se, though they could be interpreted that way, they're more metaphorical of some emotional/mental ideas I had at the time, that had to do with being an observer within one's own head and exploring the dark places you don't necessarily want to see. |

For me swamps represent the doubts of everyone you cant see far inside a swamp neither its a dry place, it makes you feel unconfortable, sinse everything seems unpleasant, still i see beaty in it, guess mistery is something everyone likes. Maybe its justs the greenish look meh... could stay here all day long talking about swamps :P im going to listen to kalmah its easyer :P |

Well I don't really consider it 100% art, but I love shooting pics.
I have also made chainmails, shirts, coif and bra.
