Heyho!
I'm really pissed. Heck, not that I didn't know of those "windmills" before (you know, where people are boxing i front of them and throwing their arms around in circles so that everybody in their way gets hurt?), but I thought that stuff happens at concerts for kiddies or whatever... but at MY concert?
Man, really, I hate that. The band I saw friday evening was great (Neaera, check their website (I'm gonna send a CD to Jeric, so you all can listen to them soon), and I was really in the mood to do some moshing and jumping and I also like when people start pushing around and there is some movement.
But I couldn't. I was honestly afraid to go into the pit because of that windmill shit. I'm not really that strong, and even if I were, I DON'T WANT TO HURT PEOPLE. I just want to mosh and stuff, so why do people have to do this )(&^^*^*()()____ thing? Just 3 weeks ago a whole tooth of mine broke of, just out of accident in a metal disco, where accidentally someone was pushed against me while I was drinking beer from a bottle. Can you imagine how much I was in the mood to go into a pit like THAT, even without a beer? Man, really, I wanna stay healthy and alive...
Man, I know, no answer, just stupid people, but I'm really frustrated about this, and felt like letting you know...

You should make a T-shirt that says "Windmillers are gay" on the front "Moshing Only". I can make one for you with the Death.FM logo on it.

Well, if you have the chance to go to some hardcore-gigs, you will see that the windmill thing is just normal and not even the toughest thing to do. They use their arms and legs in a lot more violent way than at a normal metal-show. But i give a shit if those things happen. If you don't wanna get hurt you just stay out of the pit. There aren't any fucking rules. You hit people, be ware that they can hit back 
And no offense Pyrates, i definetely see your point. I too sometimes think that they're being a bit too rough. But it sure is fun too watch  |

Sure, sure, I don't go into the pit if these people are there. But that mean I have to stand and watch rather than have some real fun. And that's quite annoying...
And there ARE rules when you're not all by yourself. Sometimes the windmill thing gets out of hand and they hit people who are just standing around watching and that's not ok. The hit-and-hit-back thingie is no justification for not being respectfull to other persons.
Okok, that doesn't happen too much. If they stay in their pit, I can stay away. But I'm still annoyed

Yes windmillers are gay. I think that the whole idea of jerics about the shirt is a mighty fine one. No one wants to be "gay" (unless they are then they are flamboyant about it). I love it when i see ppl doing that coming towards me i just step back and wait to unleash my hellish fury on them (if you translate my name on here it is Tae Kwon Do guy in korean)let me tell you if you lay someone out they usually learn thier lesson pretty quick and usually don't come back again I've only had one person come back at me).
