Hey fuckers i just thought i tell you some ridiculous news about whats going on with our insane politicians:
A few days ago a new law was accepted according to criminal acts against sexual self-determination:
Important changes are the addition of youthpornographic work into the penal law book, that represent a "real or near-reality act".
According to that everyone will be punished through up to three years of imprisonment or money forfeit "who distributes, shows in public, publishes, demonstrates or provides otherhow or produces, orders, delivers, keeps in stock, provides, announces, advertises, imports or exports pornographic works, that examine sexual acts of, with or in front of persons in the age of 14 to 18 to use it or to make another one usage possible."
"Who tries (e.g. via the internet) to get youthpornographic works, which show a real or near-reality act, will be punished with a up to 1 year imprisonment or a money forfeit."
A "near-reality act" a display of an act is meant, that pictures a real act throught the outer appearance to the average viewer.
Also included can be displays of so called seem-to-be underages, thus actors, that are adult by age, but can be classified underage because of their outer appearance.
Because the new regulations also are guilty for pornographic computeranimations and animated cartoons, media cooperations should check their offerings. Background of the law change is a EU-decision from the year 2003 to fight the sexual exploitation of children and childpornography, according to that also distribution of fictive pornography has to be punished.

This was just a part of an article about that topic.
I don't know what you think but in my oppinion this is just bullshit. I think because of that law many producers of the pornographic industry have a BIG problem, actors which look very young but are adult will lose their work, and the biggest question: Who will decide if a person looks underage or not?
Also i think many people who are fans of japanese so-called "hentai" and with a lolicon will be discriminated.
Many learning movies for the school in biology have to be forbidden...
Teen magazines which provides sexual educations of inexperienced teens will have a problem.
My problem with it is that the description of this law can be taken widely and is not explicit enough.

Pretty similar to American law, except if it's clearly not a real child it's "possibly not" illegal, such as with hentai where everyone looks prepubescent.
The enforcement and actual implementation is generally for cases against pedophiles, that used it as lures, and to desensitize.

by that i meant that an actor which looks so young that somebody who sees the video could think "wow.. heyheyhey, that has to be a underage" ; even if she is adult. Thats a problem for her because companies don't want to work with her anymore becuase they get legal problems with their material. You understand now what i mean? |
