There's a movie coming out pretty soon called "Alone in the Dark." It is based on an Atari game. I haven't checked out the trailer yet, but the soundtrack looks wicked!
They didn't have much listed for it on the website, but I heard a listing of some of the bands on my XM Radio while I was driving yesterday. I hunted around and found this listing for the CD(s). It looks like an awesome lineup of music!

I don't know of the atari game but I played the PC-Games completely and enjoyed them very much. There were some critics on the net that said this film was boring, but I'd still be interested in it.

Well that's the first thing i've heard about it. The games were indeed very cool and fun to play. But honestly i'm getting tired seeing movies based on games. Most of the time they don't reflect the meaning of the game. |

And there are some greats bands on that cd.
A good mix of metal and hardcore. It's going on my "to buy"-list for shure. |

i really disliked that movie. cheap computer animation and too much music that seemed to be chosen quiet senseless... |
