The CEO of the NRA has blamed music, movies, video games and the media for recent massacres. This brings back some bad memories, as I remember the panic and paranoia in the 1980's. I am wondering if there will be attempts to ban Death Metal music? In my opinion, the attempt to blame contemporary culture and technology for the human condition is an exercise in futility. Massacres and wars existed long before Metal music, movies and video games. Writers and photographers in the media record reality.

You really just need to look at the source of these comments to see how much they're worth.
Sure the media could do better, but it's society that needs fixing.

Well as I say DM sings about zombies and just really bizarre ways of fucking ppl up... Alot of DM songs are about shit that had already happened... If they blame music I say blame Rap... They are the ones singing about shooting everything all the time and some of the idiots think it's real.

lets but it another way around, think about pop music lyrics.... they really make your brain bleed.. and most likely has serious side effects.
So when normal people are been forced to listen that from the radio, they might get weird ideas. So

There is still rap? Where? The entire genre of music has moved onto hip hop which is about bitches, drugs and money. They dont need guns anymore, that era died with 2pac and biggie |
