The retake of the thorn of black metal

Immortal storms whit this album to the very peak of the black metal, it has a raw, but in a way gentle sound. Immortal has in my mind been the second best black metal band for years, now when the emperor is dead... long live the IMMORTAL

This is an awesome album and what black metal/Immortal is all about. Thundering riffs, lightning fast pounding drums and great lyrics and vocals. Immortal always makes great music and the lyrics always make you feel like your up top of that vast mountain, glacier, or in the war with them. Very great atmosphere. Awesome band, great comeback album!
