serious steak rub

2 Tablespoons packed brown sugar
1 Tablespoon of Kosher Salt
2 Teaspoons ground cumin
2 Teaspoons smoked paprika
1 Teaspoon garlic powder
1 Teaspoon crushed red pepper, ground

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl.
Use your fingers to make sure that all of the
ingredients are evenly distributed. Rub the
outside of each steak generously with the rub.
Wrap each steak in plastic wrap and refrigerate
for at least 24 hours, 2 to 3 days is better, before cooking.

This sounds godmode.

Darks Bacon Onion Curry Stew Stuff of Science, or DBOCSS for short.

3 Medium onions chopped.

2 Tablespoons of season salt

1 Tablespoon of black pepper

1 Tablespoon of Garlic Powder

1 Teaspoon of Curry Powder

1/2 stick of butter

1 Cup of Water

1/4 Cup of Heavy Cream

1/2 Pound of Bacon chopped

Toss in the butter and chopped onions and the cup of water. Add the Salt, Pepper, Curry and Garlic powder, and Cream. Continue to boil down evaporation the water and stir occasionally. Also this is on Medium-High heat. When it starts to thicken turn down to simmer.

Cook your bacon till crispy, drain almost all of the grease out ( leave a little in) and add to the DBOCSS. Bring it back up to a quick boil-ish stiring in the bacon goodness. Turn off and serve.

I was drunk and wanted alot of onions.

Veggie-meatloaf

Serves 4-6

2 bell peppers, finely diced
2-3 carrots, grated
1 onion, finely diced
5 spring onions, thin slices
1-2 cloves of garlic, crushed
500 grams of minced pork (or beef, chicken, turkey or what you prefer)
1 egg
2 tbsp wheat flour
salt, pepper
whatever spices you like

-----------------

1. Place all the vegetables in a giant bowl along with the meat.
2. Stir a minute to combine.
3. Add the egg, flour, salt and pepper and spices/herbs of your choice.
4. Shape into a long meatloaf and place in a tray.
5. Into the oven at 175°C/350°F for about an hour. If it seems too dry, pour a little water into the tray.

This is a very forgiving dish; it's nearly impossible to ruin it and you can use all kinds of vegetables, spices and meat types.

Have you ever slapped a small layer of ketchup on the outside to have it bake on the surface? I actually JUST started to make meatloaf and someone told me its even better with ketchup... i havent done it yet because i usually dont eat ketchup.
