A request I made today got me thinking about other little trivial facts. Teh MDB song "The Return to the Beautiful" contains somewhere in the lyrics the name of the band.

What other odd things are out there? Like what other songs contain the band's name?

OK, here's an odd one, once i listened to the following CD while eating, a
German speciality called Fleischsalat (means meat salat, is made from
cutted sausage and mayonnaise), surprise, the chorus in song # 8
"Silence Bloody Silence" sounds exactly like "Fleischsalat", believe it or not.
One of my buddies heard it too, since it's a running gag, very funny.

LOL LOL LOL

I think there are many bands that have songs, that have the band name as title and in the lyrics... but that isn't what you mean right jeeper?

What I meant was just little oddities that are out there. Like the MDB example, the song title really would not lead you to believe it, but thrown into the lyrics along the way the phrase "my dying bride" is used. Its not a "theme song" or anything of the sort, just another of their songs.

The song Beyond the Black by Metal Church sounds exactly like Blood Red by Slayer, at least the main riffs
