I have tried to request twice now. Both times it says that my request has been denied because I'm not a registered user. Somehow the system logs me out. Then if I log back in I can successfully make my request.

It just told me I'm not registered when I tried to request also, but I'm logged in, I logged out and back in and it didn't help. |

This has happened to a few others when they've tried to request lately too.
To get it to work (until the problem is solved): when it says you must login or register, click on the link to register. Then refresh the homepage (you will not appear logged in anymore). Then login again. I'm not sure why just normal logging out and back in again doesn't work, but doing this helped a few of us with this problem.
If it still doesn't work for you and I'm around, let me know what you want to hear and I'll queue it up for ya.

It does and still does this to me often. I have to follow links to log in and such. =/ Happened once the layout changed, so I dunno. Not that big of a problem, but once I log in 'correctly' it doesn't give me problems.
