Experiencing Buffering in the streams? This is probably why. This should be fixed soon.

A backbone problem between in the Western United States has caused latency on West to East traffic transversing the network. The operations group is attempting to isolate the problem. Engineering is rerouting traffic around the problem area in an effort to minimize latency.
