Trick question, although Nexuiz does have some features that Doom3 doesn't have, such as parallax mapping, since iDsoftware was able to hire professional artists for years, and Nexuiz is a volunteer project, much of the artwork of Nexuiz will be of a lesser magnitude, but code-wise and capability-wise, Nexuiz can do more than Doom3 can. There are features Doom3 has but Nexuiz doesn't - and vice versa. Gameplay-wise Nexuiz is quite different anyway.
What about cheating on servers?
Well, since the networking model Nexuiz uses has all of the game controlled server-side, and leaves the client responsible only for rendering the graphics, the only cheat would be server hack, which wouldn't even be run in Nexuiz anyway. This narrows the possiblities to cheats to client side graphic hacks - something no game can really control.

FP games require fast fingers, high alertness to outwit your enemies.
I prefer Counter Strike Source:Deathmatch.Though it can
be bored after a while.
