This was a fun idea that has no basis in reality, and I love some of the responses. I really don't know Jeric, but what I do know about the guy is he is apparently a shrewd businessman along with liking music, so I never expected him to take this seriously. Still, if I ever get a notion to go into internet radio myself I would do this...really.

Any site like this would need to add some long '70 symphonic ambient prog. rock tracks to counteract the suicidal atmosphere. Seeing as how you don't want all your RIPs dead......

I used to be into doom quite a bit during those angst ridden teenage years. I would check it out and probably enjoy it. C'mon surely it deserves to have been here before 80's and classic.fm!!!

Funny, I was just thinking about this the other day.
Well if JERIC doesn't want to do it, couldn't we all do it together? I mean it's not impossible.
Another thing that would be good for a possible doom.fm would be death/doom. Stuff like Winter and Thergothon!
