Bear with me fellow dfmers,
ok, I browsed a little bit to make sure that I just don't repeat a previous thread (with my luck I will, or its already been discussed)

But,
When we search for something, and we find what we want, can there be like, a Similar Artists... thing? like where... you know, their styles and what not are the same? or something like a "people who steal this bands music also stole these because they had similar styles and they liked it" but with more of a "these ahemLEAST PLAYEDahem artists are similar to these bands, so... go ahead try em out."

Its cool to listen to a lot of bands, but sometimes its hard to find music in certain genres or styles that you find more interesting or to your taste. you know?

Let's say someone was into goregrind or something and they want to find more... eh, it kinda helps.

Do you guys see what I'm getting at here?
OK!

Yeah, it would be nice to for example show most requested songs of similar artist, or, ya know, kind of. So im supporting the idea.

You can search the playlist by genre. For example, you can search for "goregrind" and you'll get every band labelled goregrind.

And I voted for stupid fuck. Mr. Green

Idea is good, but not sure how tricky it is to program. Me voted for the idea. Peace

well it have to be either fixed list what is hard to do... or it might have some intellectuality in it and it could "learn" from users

You're right, the only way this could ever work would be by crowdsourcing.

good idea in theory, but the logistics of it make it terrible.

No.
