I was wondering,is there any chance to add to chat engine private chat rooms?,i think that would be cool feature,more interesting and useful than regular PM, which is slow sometimes and some members read messages after logging in...what do you think guys?

No. That's why we give users the possibility to add their IM account IDs to their profile, so that they can have private conversations with each other using instant messaging if they want.

It's a good idea but it's better to give your private addres if you want to talk with somebody or share files personally.

Good point Azdra, but what i meant is that would be cool have everything on one site not jumping from one to another...it's just more convenient imo.

Yes it is and i share your point. For example I'll like to have the possibility of attaching a file and send it vía PM, but if you look the essence of this site is just the music, requesting and listening to it. Even the chat and forums becomes useless sometimes.

You also have to consider the fact that the web interface is way slower than a dedicated IM client. Plus other considerations that I'm not going to detail here, but they would definitely have a negative impact on database usage and overall server performance.
