@ DARK
I was listening to Origin in the van at work today, you're not wrong dude that dude is good. Origin are well severe.
Seclu - imagine how big the fuckin poll would be if I included everyone eh? Feel free to make your own poll with as many drummers in it as you want.

I don't know much about drummers, but I think I could vote for George Kolias from Nile. But then again, I don't really know these other guys..
You guys should check out Kai Hahto from Rotten Sound. He's pretty good

indeed a great drummer, better than Frost (in my opinion at least)

Another drummer that wasnt included that should be up there is Gene Hoglan from dark angel, omc, testament and currently SYL. Hes prolly may fav not becuase of speed but the rythms he comes up with... they just fucking rule. |
that's one that I missed... actually I am stunned Gene "The Machine" Hoglan isn't in this poll-list: the list of bands he's been in (or he is in) already says enough => ex-Dark Angel, ex-Testament (did 1 album), ex-Devin Townsend, Strapping Young Lad, Tenet, Opeth (a few shows, dvd), ex-Old Man's Child, ex-Daemon and ex-Death
what about John Bonham (Led Zeppelin)? he's been an inspiration to hundreds of drummers.
and offcourse
Jaska Raatikainen from Children Of Bodom
Lars Petter from Myrkskog
Danny Carey from Tool
Mike Portnoy from Dream Theater
Paul Bostaph (Slayer) |
