With food i really fulfil the whole stereotypes which are repeated to the Germans:

2) Venison; Smoked over mesquite or hickory.
3) Masoor Dal.
4) Proper Texas Chili (half venison / half beef, lots of chile, rice & red beans, lots of onion).
5) Gyros; homemade, but lamb, never beef. Fresh Tzatziki with extra-extra garlic.
6) Proper Russian Imperial Stout, and/or a good Belgian Dubbel
