Ok. You won. I give up. Your tip couldn't help me. I have to stop to think about this and start to work! Silly
Tomorrow night I had concluded that the phrase is a anagram, and put myself to work on this. I found the word *brilliant* and then *hms*. As you are english and like WWII history, I had thought that the anagram would be referent to the "HMS BRILLIANT" (so my strange message above), but the near-english sentence I caught was "Hee, I am HMS Brilliant". Also tomorrow, I had found that "happy birthday" message that makes reference to a phrase similar to yours, but I put it aside.
I liked your enigma. Yes

No irule its not.

I can see this is doomed to failure! I will start a new thread later today with some answerable questions.

This comp is still open though and if anyone can solve this puzzle they'll still win a prize. Remember the clue; 'Robin Cooper'.

Peace

Follow the clue and your intuition.

Failing that you could use some Jedi mind tricks

So far i've figured out that Berate is dutch for "roaring" and the Lahn is a river in Germany. Am I close?

Something is like a roaring river...
