roaches. cakes are cooked, so assuming the roaches are put in the batter, they'd be sterilized protein-sources upon completion of the cake...however your question is not clear as to whether the roaches are dead or alive....either way, my stomach acid would neutralize their nastiness quicker than a shit-piss-and-rag mix.
