I think you should be able to speak your language on the chat room. If you noticed, some of the music is from Europe, so tell those bands to speak only English, see what they say. |

The site is in English, so we ask that people try to speak in English out of respect for others using the site.

I think that the most common language is English and thus it's the best to use it in the chat room because most of the folks understand it. |

Most European bands do use English. Almost every single one does. |

I think when you're chatting, you can use your own language. It's much easier for when you encounter someone of your own country. But when on the forum it should be all english. (And i think i've posted this before. anyway...) |

It would be a confusing system to have...cause you would have to post in your own language, the computer would have to translate it into english so others could read, then translate thier posts into your language. I think that would be quite expensive, don't you?

Yeah - English is good but I don't give a fuck if someone is chatting in another language. Its educational because you can try to figure out what the fuck they r talking about. I have an interest in language.
I say free for all chat (but mainly english)!

When lots of ppl are chatting from different countries, and thus different languages, the chat should indeed be in English, I agree.
But I don't mind ppl talking in other languages.
And yes I also chat in dutch, I won't deny that
Mostly when chatting in Dutch, it is because no one else online is actualy saying something.
so if 4 ppl are really chatting, and they speak the same (non english) language, it don't think that is a big problem.
Also, when someone else is joining the chat, who speaks a different language then we do at that moment, we do switch back to English.
