Well it says "Discussion of bands and music". so shouldn't we be doing that?
Here's a question. I've heard a lot of people complain that Slayer was the support-act of some Slipknot gigs. A lot of people said it should have been the other way around.
What's your opinion? |

that honestly sounds quite ludacris...I don't see how at this point in their career Slayer would be opening for another, intensely shitty, wannabe nu metal band... especially slipknot. |

Yes,slipknot is indeed a shitty band, but i think slayer got a lot of new fans by doing this. A lot of those young slipknot-kids hand't heard of slayer before. (which surprises me bigtime) |

Well, fortunately, Slipknot was the support for Slayer on the Show where I was.
But unfortunately Slipknot did the tour with Slayer, which sucked ass.
Slipknot is one band of ugly motherfuckers.
While Slipknot was sucking dicks on stage I filled my stomache with beer.
In the end of the Slipknot show I entered the hall to get a front place for the Slayer time. I experienced the rest of the Slipknot show and it really sucked hard.
Finally I got a good place for Slayer - first row in the center.
Slayer kicked ass, but they played a little bit short (people get older).
Fazit: good Slayer show; even the Slipknot fuckers couldn't ruin that night. |

that is the BEST I've ever heard it described.... all those stupid mall rats walking around with their dog collars, and black parachute pants, painted faces and more peircings than a tie rack, wearing a SLIPKNOT shirt  (I live in Edmonton, home of West Edmonton Mall, biggest mall in the world, so I know mall rats) |

slipknot sux only liked one album and i was a kid back then, gotta start somewhere in metal, most kids start with nu-metal and then someone say's your listening to garbidge this is the real shit, and shows them slayer, and they go all like wooooooow its so much better! |
