Friend sent this to me this night, I had't heard it before, maybe some of you hadn't either.
Metal is a musical genre which name is derived from the material of the main musical instrument, the metal guitar string.
We know many different subgenres of metal based on the type of the string:
Black Metal - uses strings from black metal ores
Death Metal: strings from radioactive metal ores, like uranium, so when you play them regularly, you will slowly die
Thrash Metal - rusty thrash strings
Heavy Metal - strings from heave metals, like plumbum
Gothic Metal - strings made by molting medieval armors & weapons
Power Metal - strings made from power lines
Speed Metal - for fast movement the strings are greased
