no.. just windmill sux, man core pits are great if your athletic, jumping arround kicking, making salto's :P
i agree it's painfull but if you get hit by someone they allways help you get back up 
but i don't use core moves on a metal concert, the guys who do this can really kiss my *** |

I was there at the very inception of core pits, they were great, then things started to get stupid. All it is now is some 15 yo kid trying to get Bruce Lee on your ass. He feels tough cause he's got 50 of his little punk friends backing him up. Core pits 10 years ago were great, now, I just stand on the sidelines when I see a good core show. I'm getting too old for this shit. Besides, I don't want to get torqued up enough to decapitate one of those little bastards with one swipe haha. |
