Watch this film and you will see monkeys wading through watered fields in a total human behavior. Too sad romanians won´t be able to decide what they want to believe in.
Btw in this movie you will also understand the total human distinction to copulate cause we are more ruled by nature than by our much overpraised "brains" _________________

We did not evolved from monkeys. We and them (the apes) evolved from a common ancestor. |

i dont think we evolved from monkeys.
the way i see it is if we evolved from monkeys, wouldnt monkeys still be evolving into humans?
i dont think evolution would just stop all of a sudden _________________ Eat my body, drink my blood.

@pesa:
we did evolve from prehistorical monkeys, but (in contrary to a common belief) we didn't evolve from the current species (of monkeys or apes)
all monkey-species, ape-species and humanoid species (currently there's only one humanoid species: Homo sapiens sapiens) have thus evolved from one ancestor.
this makes chimpansees, bonobos, gorilas,... and all other apes our "cousins"
and monkeys are relatives with far less strong bands than apes-humans (cause their ancestor has split off from the "head"branch long before the one of apes did)
there used to be multiple humanoid species (most known is the Neanderthaler) but only one species survived til today.
@baphomet: this answered your question => monkeys won't evolve into humans cause they are on "another branch". the evolutionary tree isn't a line with us at the end, we're just one small twig of a huge tree, and so are apes.
on the other hand: different environmental conditions lead to different species
If everything would restart, then it's very much possible that humans (and a lot of today's creatures) will never exist.
other environmental conditions lead to other mutations in the genome, which leads to totally different species.
after 3,5billion years a lot of different things happened, which eventually lead to today's species. if someone would be able to "press restart" then there's very few chances that all things would happen exactly the same.
imagine that one of the 6 mass extinctions wouldn't occur (let us say, the mass extinction of dinosaurs), then we wouldn't be here. then reptiles would still be the reigning order. Tyrannosaurus rex and other dinosaurs wouldn't still exist, but it would have been other dinosaurs with e.g. T. rex as their ancestor.
cause of the dinosaur mass extinction mammals got the chance to evolve into more different species...
@hxchristian:
this isn't actually a thing of believers and non-believers. see it like this:
imagine the evolution theory is a strawberry.
everybody knows strawberries are red, we can't deny that
what christianity and islam do now is denying that the strawberry is red and saying it's a green apple (the theory of intelligent design).
and even if you're colourblind that doesn't make any sense
it's like denying pure water boils at 100°C in standard conditions
and saying it boils at 0°C in s.c.
I see your denial as another failure of the US government. Instead of obliging schools to teach kids evolution, they ignore the whole case and don't care about it. that way some states (and thus some schools) teach kids the i.d. theory....
if you're thaught about evolution then it's uncomprehensible you take what is said in the bible as true and take it above science...
taking a book full of metaphores as a reliable source.... that's just insane. taking everything (or most things) that's inside it as the truth is even more insane, cause most things that are written into it are written centuries after the actual event. and you also all know that during the medieval ages the churched changed a lot of things in the bible so it would fit with their political strategy.
don't misunderstand me, I'm not saying the bible is something stupid and totally wrong. a lot of what's written in the bible can be a good guide for most people to live their lifes, but there's almost nothing in the bible that can be taken literally. _________________ We were, fair queen,

Indeed. The only point I call attention is about the danger on calling that common ancestors (even using the vague term "prehistorical"), monkeys. This causes misunderstoods from whose that know nothing about evolution theory.

I would say I'm a tolerant guy.
I have nothing against people with different ethnithities or disabled people. I have nothing against (not radical) racistic people and i have even more comprehension for pedophiles (lol) than for stupid cogitation-denying religious bastards that are just blind and want to be blind. hehe misa
I read a lot, but in this case it's one of the domains of my studies
it would be humiliating if I wouldn't know a thing about it
@pesa: yeah, you're right, only informed people would understand the (huge) difference
@hxchristian: lol, a typical reaction of blinded/blindfolded people...
@Dami: haha, thx for calling me a god, but I prefer not to be
I don't want hordes brainless people calling my name every minute of the day and praying towards me every fucking night (mostly praying to fulfill their dreams). If god(s) really exist, then I feel extremely sorry for them _________________ We were, fair queen,

i tired of all this gay preaching. this topic is gonna end up getting blocked w/ all the arguing. let's just stop the gay lecturing and accept people for what they believe in _________________ If a tree says the n word in a forest, does anyone get offended?...

pathetic, it wasn't even preaching, at least it wasn't meant to be like that
I do accept what you believe in, but what you believe in may not be in the way of science. those are 2 totally different things...
it's rather sad that most religions think they have to be against science...
most people are to fucking dumb to understand that things that are written in the koran, bible, tora, veda's,... has to be interpreted metaphorical...
oh and one more thing, I guess you learned a new word today? "gay"
way to go, kid
when there's finally something to discuss about you start with this crap? it's a pity... _________________ We were, fair queen,
