I know more people addicted to oxycotin from there doctors than I do anyone on illegal substances from dealers. My aunt, sister, mother and their friends could give you a hell of a long list of people addict to it and not tell you of anyone they know on crack, meth, mdxx, heroine, ect.

The reason drugs would ever become illegal is so the government could control the sell, collect the revenue and taxes, and take power and influence away from street gangs. Which these are pretty much the same reason they repealed Prohibition.

You didn't even look at the report, it has nothing to do with stats of people caught. It encompasses much more than just stats. Take the time to read it, or at least browse thru it. Too big for me to summarize here.
