If you have an English keyboard and want to use some German letters like
"ä" or "ß" also Swedish as "å", the "æ" in Julius Cæsar works too, just
use this nice chart of codes, hold your ALT key, type the code, et voilà.

Years ago I compiled a whole list typing each one out...... I was seriously bored.
