sure why not increase it from 15 to 30-45 days so we have more "variety" in the Queue I think that's the way it will be in the future

This is a quite reasonable idea - there are still tracks that have never been taken out of the closet. There have been songs with zero plays since 2008, when they were added.
Maybe a script that automatically adds the least requested songs to the q is a good thing as well, say 3 times a day? _________________ On the stones that we walk, and choose to make our paths,

When the queue goes under 1 hour the less requested songs are requested but since when is the queue under 1 hour :P |

The LPRT Day idea serves this cause better

That's why I use the LPRT feature a lot. _________________ Not dead, just sleeping.

THis thread was from 2008, when songs could be requested every few days. It was already increased to 15 days.
Should make a new thread if people want to request to increase it further. _________________ ヽヽ༼༼ຈຈل͜ل͜ຈຈ༽༽ノノ TURN DOWN THAT MUSIC IT'S SHAKING MY HOUSE |

I have a better idea, targeting incremental increase in more than two steps. I will post it in the internal forums one of these days, it will require some software changes.
Given the fact that a lot of music stays unrequested because people are focused on several tracks, not all of them really new, this should not be subject to public debate. I know that a similar problem exists at at least one of the other stations. _________________ diginferno
