I'm most impressed with the inventivness and grimness of your suggestion Blas.
I like the thought of the damage of male sex organs beyond repair. Any torture involving that is really severe but I prefer accidental damage because it is way funnier. Anyway here are mine:
You accidentally get liquid Nitrogen dropped or poured on your errect penis, like in Terminator 2, then someone comes and smashes it with a hammer = goodbye penis. No return from that one.
Secondly: you are riding your motorbike at high speed. In the nude. With a hard-on. A car pulls out infront of you and you go flying over the handlebars and land on your bell-end. Balancing like a grotesque dancer you skid down the road on your bell grazing it off and leaving a massive red skid mark. Again = no return.
Torture wise, having you cock ground into mush by a psycho with a portable grinding wheel would be bad.
Another torture would be to become captured, strung upsidedown and a device inserted into your arse then widened to gape you open. Then your captors piss, shit and puke into your gaping arsehole then remove the tool. Repaeat until you have the desired effect on your captor. That would fuck anyone up I reckon.

No, killing is dumb (works only once and is salvation from pain), torture is
smart (the one and only way to take revenge), besides to torture means i've
already faced my enemies (plural, so who's a coward?) before and won, no
surprise, yeah it's unfair but not my fault the others are too weak.
