I have to agree with Blas. Barack didnt do anything now. Wait till he starts his work and then judge. Actually it cant get much worse then USA became with Bush....
I just watched a documentation about Afghanistan and how bad US troops failed in the country. It is simply terrible to see children dead by american bombs. it is simply terrible to see american rockets shot on weddings. Do u think war helps against terrorism? No, the only thing it does is to produce more hatred against america and more Taliban. The only thing u americans get is dead soldiers. One more today, he died in a bomb attack by taliban.
Thus how can u say it is good to fight terrorism with war? how ignorant can you be?
And btw, USA already is the country with the most stupid laws;) We had a thread about it...like it is forbidden for women to wear red dresses while jumping with a parachute in Florida.

nothing much has changed in US foreign policy over the last 3 years, pretty much more of the same, an a much worse economic situation than under President Bush. Anyways, americans can judge for themselves  |

On the one hand I like porn becase it's an empowerment of women's sexuality, and it's a beautiful form of art, sex is beautiful and I love it like anyone, but only when it sticks to the healthy sex, what happens in the porn industry is way different and not beautiful in anyway, I've seen people being humiliated verbally and physically, abused psychologically and physically, when you feel degraded and humiliated it's not a good thing and it shouldn't be exhibited to thousands of people for them to look at your humiliating situation and masturbating while thinking the most disgusting things about you, tell me if this is a good thing: X, X [NSFW], no, it's humiliating and disgusting. they make money out of people's sickness (seeing a person being beaten or raped and get horny with it is sickness in my opinion) which is dehumanizing the models, and on the other hand it's the exploitation of women's bodies (men's as well) by a industry as mere objects, mere tools for making money, and while the people who perform the abhorrent act receive almost nothing, the bigfish behind this porn industry get rich exploiting the bodies of other people, that's why I only watch, when I rarely do, amateur porn, when the person or couple themselves uploaded the video or pics without monetary profit, or when my friends send me nudes for fun. I believe the human body is sacred, sex is sacred, humans are gods and our bodies shouldn't be used for something as low as making money or worse as a mean of survival, (money) which is another concept that I detest. Personally I don't think pornography is work, human beings shouldn't have to sell their body in order to live, I'm firmly certain that most of the women who work with pornography wouldn't be there if they had a better choice, obviously some just want to make easy cash, prostitution is considered the world's oldest profession, but women only were prostitutes because they had no choice, they had no opportunity to work at all, if they didn't find a good owner who would feed them, they had to sell their bodies in order to survive. In my opinion the glamourization of prostitution is perpetuating the cycle of misogyny women have endured in most society since the dawn of times. I think instead of discussing whetehr prostitution should be legal, whether some types of pornography should be banned... people should be discussing on how to give opportunities to all the people of a country, how to give jobs to everyone, how to give the opportunities of a comfortable life to all the people, and most importantly in this case how to give women the same opportunities men have to work, isn't what a government is for? I have seen how women are treated behind the lenses of the cameras, like trash

you see that's what they get for being "pornstars", which is basically a prostitute, what a rewarding "profession", it's not shown by the cameras in these disgusting porn movies, but these people suffer a lot, not only the risk of catching a STD, but how they're treated by society, this is exactly how these people are treated, like trash.
Pornography is degeneracy and the bottom a human being can reach, I hate prostitution and pornography more than anything in this world. Now that I finished my rant, I must point the obvious fact that this is of course only my personal opinion, there are people who like being porn actresses or actors, and they shouldn't be forbidden to do what they like, it's only a crime if you're harming someone, if someone does something because they want and they're not harmig anyone then it's not a crime, laws should only stick to this. If you ban something just because you don't like it then it's personal interest, and therefore unfair.
If a minor is involved in the video taking part in the sexual action, then yes this law would be just, but how are they going to stop horny teenagers from looking at porn on the internet or even magazines, they can just ask an adult to buy for them, as it already happens, the only problem to me is if a underaged person is doing the porn, not watching it, it just sounds surreal to me that people want to trace a line on what age a person is suitable to have sexual thoughts and be sexually aroused, when people hit puberty they start to become interested in sex, it's a natural process, what teenager nowadays hasn't looked for porn on the internet?
But now I want to talk about my real problem with the german law, Strafgesetzbuch 86a, banning "right wing extremist symbols" such as the swastika and some runes. The swastika, the black sun, the runes, the celtic cross, all are ancestral symbols of the Aryans (or Indo-Europeans as it's politically correct to say today), every ethnicity has the right of existence, it's part of their culture so the germans have the right to wear these symbols, it's a human right, this whole section of the german law is an aberration, in a country that supposedly supports the human rights and is a member of NATO and the UN, it's a violation of human rights, some of the most basic of them, freedom of speech and expression, even if it's used as an extremist symbol it doen't matter, each person has the right to follow whatever ideology they want, if someone wants to identify themselves as fascist, communist, nazi... it's their right, as long as they're not physically harassing or harming other people, no matter how hard we dislike something we can't prohibit other from liking it, I'm not your owner just as you're not my owner, I can't force you to act or believe in a certain way just because I like it, we're free so obviously we must be free to persue our own happiness and personal satisfaction. So, this ladies and gentlemen, is why I hate authority and governments. |
