Spamming the request forum is one of the most popular activities of the
members, unfortunately none can predict an album has a chance to get
added before it actually is in playlist, sometimes it just needs longer, in
other cases (Demonical, Celtic Frost for instance) it seems JERIC
dislikes it for some reasons, would be nice to have a thread updated
frequently by the boss he puts on the albums which are "under observation"
or probably in the next updates, you know, curiosity kills the ca..., erm, wolf.

Advantages: prevents senseless bumps or someone sends in
albums already ordered by JERIC, in rhe other direction a hint
which albums are not on the priority list but welcome could
members make think of a donation. |

For me, yep, it just would spoil the fun if we had a big list. Like the MSW album, though, that was no surprise, quality is quality, no matter what. (Except when it comes to grindcore, then quality doesn't belong in the same sentence.  )

An excellent idea Blas  ! I also often ask myself
how far the treatment of the introduced band(s) is progressed.
This is in my opinion also the principal reason for 'bumping'.

Its a nice idea imo. If you think in putting this "comming soon" right in the first page of DFM, together with the updates lists, it will be a nice way to call atention for the ones that visit the site for the first time.
However I recognize that it'd be a massive work for JERIC and the crew...

Since the debacle months ago over that subject, emailing requests to JERIC, it is my understanding that the only ones considered will be out of the Requests Forum.
