No. What if the 10,000th account is an entry point for a spambot? Of course, there are ways to verify the account, but that's not the point.
How many of the registered users listen to the station? Check the listener count. How many of them visit the website frequently enough to justify a RIP subscription? Check the "People Online" section below the chat.
As I am writing this, there are 9426 registered users and 155 people are listening to the stream. There are 96 people online, of which 17 are members (authenticated registered users) and 77 visitors (anonymous browsers).
So? 17 out of 9426? 17 out of the 155 who may be listening without browsing the site? Perhaps we could add several more from the anonymous pool. But that's all.

Even because, in general, new members do not know exactly how things work in here. For some, it takes a while to get how RIP, non-repetance, netiquette and related things usually works in here. It'd be to easy; rather to raffle this prize among the active members
