Same here.
I don't spend a lot of time playing video games, and WOW takes up all I do give to it. I've been playing the same main toon for 2 years, and will continue to do so.. It's a deep and great game.
I can't fuckin' wait until Cataclysm comes out! |

thats a quality picture. Reality is fuckin' horrible.
To escape I play The Lord of The Rings Online.
Similar to WoW but more indepth, addictive and aimed at a mature audience. Was badly addicted to Diablo2 (best game ever to date) from 2000 - 2009, also played Titan Quest. Of course those Yeti Sports games are fun when killing time.
Just google yeti sports - the albatross one is best.

There is no game more in depth then wow. I have over... OVER 300 days of time played. I fucking dare you to find a game that has that much to do. And have you seen the new bosses? They are amazing...

I've played WoW extensivley too Dark but imo LoTRO wipes its ass. Not only is it more indepth (WoW has copied it on several things, the crafting is supremely better designed that WoW too) there are no fucking stupid little kids or dickheads obsessing about their kit and pieces of loot. Its a game people actually have fun playing rather than just being levelling drones.
But given that its you, I understand. You wouldn't even be able to read the Lord of the Rings Book, let alone grasp the content and gist of the game 
By the way having over 300 hours play time only indicated that you're a sad prick, obsessed with stats.

I don't have anything impressive like that, so I'm not going to link. I don't play as much as you do. It's really fun to play, but I'm not all geeked-out with knowing how to manage dual-talent specs, timing ability usage for max DPS based on the global cooldown and shit like that. I mostly quest and only do a little bit of battlegrounds (usually show up in the middle of the rankings).

First of all 80% of all the ppl that play wow are over 20. There is no fucking kids. There is no dickhead obsessing over their loot, you /roll and you enchant it. I wouldnt know about the crafting on LotR, but do you know how many profession there are and how many hundreds of things you can make and sell? I have 62k Gold in my bank, i have made money off this game with those professions selling gold to ppl.
Second read the story line on WoW its probably just as exetensive and boring as LotR. They even have a fucking Wiki for all of the story line.
Third, i have 300 DAYS not hours. Its not being obsessed with stats. Your usage of words trying to describe what i am about this game is incorrect. Playing a game for that long just means it that much better than any other game out there, LotR is an example. |
