theres an old gym near my school that would be perfect for a music venue. i think i know what all i would need, but does anyone know how i would go about doing that?
i know a lot of money would be needed and i have some ideas of sponsors.
how about dfm for a sponsor? 
help?
anyone with the know-how?

a friend of mine called the place and asked about the price for the lease and they told him that its $11,232. he didnt ask if that was monthly or not, they charge by square foot (around 80 cents or so) but if it was monthly, thatd be about 930 or so a month.
i have to figure out a business plan, scope the place out, and start talking to potential sponsors, cos im sure there would be some sort of deposit. and to have the lease we need proof of income and then whatever else they may ask for.
