Sponsored by Metalheadbrewer

We have the opportunity the have an exclusive interview with the band Prostitute Disfigurement.

And you can ask one or more questions.

You can post your question(s) here in this thread until May 31st 2010. After that day I will gather the questions and hand them over to the band.

Several prizes will be given away to the members who posted the questions. Thanks to Metalheadbrewer we can give away more prizes.

From all the questions the band will pick the most original, the funniest and most interesting question.

One of the prizes will be the album Descendants Of Depravity signed by the band members

At this moment I can not tell you yet what other band related prize will be given.

Also one of the prizes will be a Black DFM T-Shirt from the Death.FM Store

So post your questions here, btw when a question is already posted earlier by another member, that question will go to the band.

SiriusCreations and Metalheadbrewer can post questions for the band as well but are excluded from the prizes.

Albums here on DFM by Prostitute Disfigurement.

I have one, "Why do you choose to play such garbage and call it music?" There you go, thank you, I'll take my prize now. Grin

Why did you guys split up and then reform so quickly?

Out of all the death metal bands from the Netherlands, you have some of the sickest lyrics and imagery. Have you ever run into any censorship troubles? And did it influence the slightly tamer lyrical ideas on Descendants?

Any plans for a new album?

Why doesn't your website work? It all redirects to news from 2007. Wink

do you consider misogyny to be cool and how do you feel about the perpetuation of women hating in the death metal scene?

Prostitute Disfigurement. The act of mutilating a lady of the night.

My question: If you had a nasty accident that left you permenantly disfigured tell us what you would most like to suffer (ie. which part of your body and what kind of damage).

That ´s a very good one cause the visualisation of mutitaltion and lyrical degradation of women in the metal scene is a siginifcant fact. Plus it has a slight political note to it about the society constructs all over the globe. Maybe we men should ask ourselves best by nature why we must feel dominant about weaker beings.

U wear ur glasses for real plus u used a foreign word Mr. Green Yes therefore u get the prize imo.

Many people have missed your shows since 2 years.
You have your comeback show at Death Feast Open Air in Germany.

My question is, do you have planned any surprises on your comeback show?

P.S. I will be there Cool

MODOS as you know the Death Feast Open Air is June 10-12

you have a very nice question, but since the contest will end end of this month and then the questions will be gathered and sent to the Band. I have no idea if they can answer the questions before the festival and can decide this is one of the questions they liked most for the prizes.

Of course you can stick to the question but the answer will be posted here after the festival.

btw if you want to ask them something else, I can ask them if they want this question before the festival, but then it will not be one for the prizes

OK then, no problem Yes

Then I would like to know which influences they had to become a musician and furthermore which influences they had to form this band.
Which band(s) was/were their archetype?

This question goes out to all band members Yes

I hear that the theme from Barney was a significant early influence.

What do you think of the dilution of the term "Heavy Metal"? Also do you that there is an over saturation of death metal bands due to the "basement" bands?
