If an employee is found to be violating the policy of an institution, he/she is liable to be fired, period. High schools have legal statutes stating their criteria for hiring teachers and are legally justified in sacking someone from their job for not abiding by them, even in the U.S.A. The only way out is to alter the law which exists. A contract is signed on the pretext that the signatory will adhere to its clauses. The vocalist failed to mention to the high school that he was from a Death Metal band at the time he was hired. |
The question i have to ask is how in the fuck do you know all of this and you are from pakistan? |

Its not about sin its about policy . The Board Of Governors of the school decides, not the families |

well lunar if person is not asked for beeing a death metal volcalist, and if it has not been in "no list" of work aplication, sacking person for that kind of reason is at least inmorale in european point of wiev and in Finland and Scandinavia illegal to sack people from their personal life.
That is why i had to bring up the discussion of the personalme, working me, public me and stage me. of course all of these "me's" are afflected to one a another if there has not been any crimes, abuse or unprofesionality the sackiong or firing in this case is as i said at least certainly unethical and inmoral.
Question is that is there limit for the limitation made by the employers and goverments in this kind of issues, it seems sadly no _________________ i am so ebil that i piss darkness |

i agree with you basher, but the vocalist being fired has nothing at all whatsoever to do with how i know about these things and to which country I belong. I feel that i am free to express my opinion without being under obligation to state these things. |
lunar... that is not what i ment, but europe and specially northern parts of it has strick rules and laws to prevent these kind of things, and in finland this could not be possible _________________ i am so ebil that i piss darkness |
