Probably the best internet radio thing I've found, but I'm sorta confused on some things. It says this place is mostly just Death and Black Metal, but I've seen quite a lot of metalcore and hardcore bands on here. Just wondering why there's quite a lack of Thrash, Power, and Traditional bands. I mean, what kind of Heavy Metal internet radio doesn't have Iron Maiden?
Oh well, this place still rocks and I'll most always be listening.  |

Welcome to Death.fm, this place really rocks.
Death.fm is really supposed to have just Death and Black Metal, that's why you don't find Thrash or other stuff here. But when you say "Metalcore" you probably mean As I lay dying and the like, which is really quite close to death metal in my opinion (and probably the one of Jeric, the owner of this station).Check out this thread to read about Jeric's criterions for the music he puts on death.fm.

I think it's cool to have a broader spectrum than just death metal... let's just call it the darker and heavier side of metal music (empyrium for instance may not be heavy but it's dark and atmospheric as hell)
keep the dark spirit alive

Most of what is played on here is kick ass and really hard boarding on death and grindcore but over all id say its all death |

I have been searching off and on for a decent death/black metal site, and until now, I have only found radiostations that has a bunch of pansie pink playlists.
My search for mutilation is over, Death reigns supreme at Death.FM |
