Assuming it's legit.
Think, "Hell yeah. I won Three-hundred-million." Then proceed to finish my show, call a friend with the news, and maybe write down a list of cool things to try getting around to buying: some killer amps and pedals, some sweet instruments, a new ultralight ten speed bicycle, etc.
I don't have many needs; I wouldn't even use much of it - rather I'd give away what I could.

For 380Mil, you could buy the steel foundry and start a production run of solid steel boots.
