erhm...just a thought, how about an additional poll option "any one day of the month" or maybe "can't decide which day of the month"

Last day of the month. During the first 21 days, the LPRT button would rather point to newly added tracks because they have 0 plays. That assuming that the updates are done at the beginning of the month, of course.
Since the update schedule has turned into a rather irregular one, we should do this on the 25th day after the last update. And even then we should check the timestamp of the suggested track and see if enough time has passed since it was last requested.
Kinda complicated, isn't it?

Digi, the same thing occurred to me as well, but there are A LOT of lprt songs anyway, i don't think that this could be a BIG issue anyway. There are still songs with zero plays since 2 years ago - i guess it's up to the people, that are into these particular bands or genres or whatever.

From a programming point of view, yes it does sound complicated.
