Just picked up their first album from 1973 for nostalgia's sake. Damn, those guys were good. They set the tone for what was to come in the New York punk scene for The Ramones, etc. Ahh, the good old days of punk before it became garbage.

Just for good measure I picked up David Johansen's solo album "In Style", too.
It has one of my all time favorite songs on it, "Justine".

heh those must have been cool or something back then now they are kind of humoristic looking fellows?, i had a punk phase in my life it lasted almoust 3 months.... then got bored
