This shit happens in Chrome & IE 9/ 8. There is periods of hours that i cant access the station. Is it me or the station?

Ive sent an e mail in the contact us link to tell them I have a problem with making a donation. That was a couple of weeks ago. I sent another e mail for donating some other albums, and I have not received an e mail. Its been weeks. Maybe the station have problems with their e mail too, or maybe they have a lot of cds to work with.

The email system was recently flushed out and reset.
I'd suggest sending an email directly to BQ again regarding the issue.
But if you have questions specifically related to CD donations, those inquiries should be emailed to Jeric.
As for the constant site/stream downtimes, there have been some technical problems related to the servers and the changing of certain available streams. There should be some maintenance again this weekend to hopefully remedy the situation.
