Charles Starkweather developed a fascination with James Dean after viewing "Rebel Without a Cause". As Charles enjoyed the popular culture of the 1950's, I assume he listened to the early Rock 'n' Roll artists of the era. Charles lived in Lincoln, Nebraska, he probably heard Country-Western music for the majority of his life.
I remember a Johnny Cash song, the lyrics contain the words: "But I shot a man in Reno, just to watch him die." Perhaps this is the music the NRA spokesman was referencing, during his press conference?

This is sick hehehe I'm a Tactical Firearm Instructor by trade and i have been playing FPS since i was 15 and nope i never had an urge to shoot ppl. PPL and their BS - blame anything to get the attention away from the real Issue - Unstable minds thats all Neutral
