I recently decided to give it a shot and see something in HFR. I have to say - I hated it! I felt like I am watching a stage play not a movie. especially that it was 3d too. my minds does not see it as "filmed movie" . sure it was very clean image but it sucked badly. also for some reason my eyes felt very uncomfortable but maybe that's just me.
the movie was bad enough (the 3rd hobbit, jackson really shit the bed on this one) but hfr made it worse. I hope this is NOT the future of cinema .
