2nd death.fm ip isn't working

While I see the slow loading cover art / queue when my phone is on my home and work wifi, I haven't been able to get any of that at all on my phone's data for about the last 3 months. I can't even get to the death.fm website (gets a 504 timeout). This all has been happening since death.fm went down for a while (~ 3 months ago?).

Thinking it was something with my cell provider, I called them and they said one of the 2 ip's for death.fm wasn't working, and they blocked the one that's not working. Now (for the first time in a while) I'm able to get cover art... but not consistently.

From my own tests, it looks like the one that's not working is the second ip (209.9.229.235). Can an admin fix this? Either correct the ip or remove it from dns (or start the httpd if it's not running). Thanks!

Yeah... perhaps it was a little long winded. But I have no control over my cell provider proxing connections, nor do I understand why they're resolving secondary a records. I'm also not sure why death.fm would have a dead A record and be ok with it... while all other 24/7 sites have just a single functioning entry.
