LMAO don't bitching about Van Damme! it's a great belgian philoso-fist! better than Platoon, and the other guy with a hat... hum ... what's his name, yet?...Burt Reynolds! 
I hesite...Lundgren or Seagal... I choosen Steven Seagal cause i'm sure it's not a real actor but another one with a silicon mask of Steven Seagal... i say that because he hasn't any facial expression, amazing... keep the good work, Steven!
note: all these actors are pretty good about destroying helicopters, it could be utile...

It just as Razybazzy said. Mr. Governor sucks a lot, but all the others do even more. But for me Steven Seagal is the worst by far. I dunno only one movie of him i like...

We've just had a season of Segal, or seagull as i like to call him, movies here in England and he fuckin sucks dicks!
My vote is for him.

Pretty sure Slimy Seagal sucks most, he should have visited an actor school instead learning martial arts. At least van damme and lundgren had the cool universal soldier film; schwarzenegger is still the terminator beside his politics suck and his articulation is restricted.

Voted seagal also... think there is a great competition with Van damm cause he's always showing great stupidity when on french tv (he should speak french but uses english words as if he couldn't remember the french ones (that happens to me soemtimes so I understand))
Well Seagall is clearly Mr looser amongst those for me though. He clearly entered only stupid movies.
As for Dolph lundgren, he is a very smart guy with a high IQ though you may think he's only a big muscled idiot. He got many high diplomas as well.
Schwarzenegger is my favorite amongst those and I wouldn't vote for him. Whatever you say, he had a great career with a lot of TOP movies everyone knows, as well as variety some others here never had. If you compare him to Stalone "the italian stallion" just on the actor careers, Schwarzy has clearly entered better movies and showed more talent. Now you can't agree on his polilitical ideas as gouvernator, but it's still impressive he got there.
By the way stalone could well be the number one if he was in the list.

@ razy: get your information correct 
vandamme doesn't use a stuntman for the fight scenes. he does karate, but only got the basics and added some more spectacular moves out of other martial arts (which doesn't make him a good/better fighter)
Steven Seagal sucks 
but all those nominated actually do....
